I worked on the UX and UI design for PDI’s refreshed ecommerce site, helping elevate the user experience to better reflect the brand’s premium positioning. We reimagined the site layout and interface to make shopping smoother and more intuitive. Post-launch, I continued supporting ongoing UX improvements and designed a series of branded emails to create a more consistent, engaging customer journey beyond the site.
